This policy explains how ThetaFlow ("we", "us") subscriptions are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time — there is no contract or lock-in. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. You keep access to paid features until the period ends.
Because plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us and we'll make it right. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.
